At YuXiang, we follow the FOB (Free on Board) shipping terms for all international orders. To ensure full transparency, please review the responsibilities of both parties under this arrangement.

Our Responsibilities (Seller – YuXiang)

We will handle all steps within our country of export until the goods are safely loaded on board the vessel:

✅ Production of goods according to your order.

✅ Domestic transportation from our factory to the port of departure.

✅ Export customs clearance and all required export documentation.

✅ Port handling & loading of the goods onto the vessel.

Once the goods are on board and the Bill of Lading is issued, the risk and responsibility transfer to the buyer.

Buyer’s Responsibilities

After the goods are loaded onto the vessel, the buyer is responsible for:

��� Booking the international shipment (sea freight).

��� Paying ocean freight charges to the carrier or forwarder.

���️ Purchasing insurance (if desired or required by the buyer).

��� Import customs clearance at the destination port.

��� Paying duties, taxes, and other import fees in the destination country.

��� Arranging inland transportation from the destination port to the final delivery location.

Freight Forwarder Recommendations

For smoother shipping and customs handling, we recommend that buyers use a trusted freight forwarder.

If you do not have a preferred partner, we can recommend one of our cooperating freight forwarders.

Alternatively, you may appoint your own freight forwarder to manage the shipment.

Notes

Shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes are not included in our product pricing.

We strongly recommend that buyers arrange cargo insurance to protect against potential risks during transit.
