cassette structural design

cassette structural design

Video of BBR2L Backbar.

Cassette overview

  • Mechanical components (such as the compressor, condenser, and evaporator) and electrical components (including temperature sensors, fans, and pressure controls) are integrated into a single, modular unit.
  • The thermostat—which handles temperature control, display functions, and data interaction—is mounted on the cabinet housing; two wiring harnesses facilitate a quick-connect/disconnect interface between the unit and the thermostat.
  • The cassette structure offers three installation methods: Top mounted, Bottom mounted and Side mounted.
  • This structural design enables rapid assembly and disassembly capabilities.

Cassette is resolving:

Door height restriction   Box truck height restriction

  • Height Restrictions During Equipment Transport: Rapid Disassembly and Reassembly.
  • After-Sales Maintenance: Rapid Replacement .Top mounted, Bottom mounted and Side mounted. The refrigeration cassette can be fully removed in line with best practice for safe servicing of flammable refrigerants.
  • Operational Challenges with Multiple Models: Various types of refrigerator utilize a single, standardized cassette. Example TM500S, TM600S, TM1000S ,TM1500S  ,BM500S  ,BM1000S   ,BBR3L
